Job Description

SUMMARY
The position will be responsible for the manufacturing process design, process quality assurance and improvements with sustenance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment, requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products
  • Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification
  • Work with Cross functional Teams for New Product Introductions & problem solving
  • Implementation of Poka Yoke for improving quality
  • Identifying the root cause of the problems (Internal / External) and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Handling of Defective goods received from the customers (Preliminary testing and observation report).
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implement SPC, poka-yoke and other process ...
