Polar Light Technologies is a fast-growing deep-tech startup developing next-generation photonic and semiconductor technologies to revolutionize the micro-LED industry. We are seeking a Process Engineer with proven experience in III-V semiconductor processing to help develop, optimize, and scale device fabrication processes.

This is a highly hands‑on role in a cleanroom environment, working with micro- and nanofabrication techniques and related optical and electrical characterization. You will play a key role in turning cutting‑edge research into manufacturable technology and real products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain III‑V semiconductor fabrication processes for device structures.
