We’re currently looking for a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in gas compression systems for FPSO/offshore projects. Ideal candidates will have strong detailed engineering capabilities, Aspen HYSYS proficiency, and experience leading process safety reviews such as HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL. • Lead the process design of gas compression systems, including development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Safety Diagrams (PSDs), and Heat & Mass Balance calculations.
• Prepare, review, and optimise P&IDs for gas compression packages and systems.
• Perform process simulations and validation using Aspen HYSYS.
• Carry out sizing calculations for pipelines, pulsation bottles, scrubbers (including internals), coolers, and Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) within gas compression skids.
