Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
The Process Engineer leads process development and manufacturing readiness for electro-mechanical and cable harness assembly lines in a contract manufacturing environment. This role develops, qualifies, and improves manufacturing techniques and process flows, supports new product introductions and legacy products, and drives continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery. The Process Engineer collaborates closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient production processes for complex electro-mechanical systems.
