Shaw Industries is looking for a Process Engineer to build hands‑on manufacturing experience while developing strong technical and leadership skills. In this role, you will support and improve Tile Cutting operations, working closely with maintenance, quality, and technical teams across all shifts to drive safety, efficiency, and product quality. You’ll gain exposure to process optimization, capital projects, data analysis, and new product development while being mentored by experienced engineering and operations leaders.
