Responsibilities

• Implement new processes, changes, and improvements in manufacturing.
• Lead projects end-to-end, overseeing CAPEX investments, planning, scope definition, procurement oversight, and delivery of fixed assets.
• Support production and engineering activities, including new product introductions, interpreting engineering designs/BOMs, and developing/updating work instructions and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance and alignment across the organization, collaborating with HSE to mitigate risks and representing the plant in regional and general project‑approval committees.
• Participate in daily production meetings, providing quick and effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Drive achievement of manufacturing KPIs—Safety, Quality, and Efficiency—by analyzing methods, ergonomics, cycle times, and optimizing assembly processes.
