Process & Development Manager
Position Objectives
The Process & Development Manager is responsible for establishing and managing a structured Process, Learning & Development function across IFS, covering both teaching and nonโteaching staff. The role focuses on operationalising staff development through clear frameworks, governance, and measurable outcomes, while ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and workforce needs. The position also oversees the implementation of the Teacher Development Pathway, as well as participation in and contribution to the CPFI (Comitรฉ de Pilotage de la Formation Interne โ Internal Training Steering Committee).
