Description
The OpsTech Solutions (OTS) organization provides world-class IT services for Amazon’s fulfillment centers and transportation networks worldwide. Within OTS, the Supply Chain organization ensures that Amazon operations sites have the tech equipment that they need, when they need it. We are seeking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Operations Team as a Process Assistant supporting our flagship Rapid Asset Deployment site, RAD1.

This role is based out of RAD1 in Antioch, Tennessee. The standard hours of operations for the site are Monday – Friday:

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
3rd Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm
4th Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am

The Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager, holding responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas. This role also provides hands-on support to our Associates, Area Managers, support agencies, and Operations and IT Managers in RAD1.
