Process Analyst - IT, Business, CFS (Focus: Execution & Documentation)
- Role Purpose: Act as the execution engine for the project, translating the Architects' workshop decisions into high-quality, actionable, and standardized process artifacts.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly draft end-to-end current state and future state process flows using Visio/Lucidchart based on workshop outputs.
- Develop detailed RACI matrices, process narratives, and step-by-step operational playbooks in plain, accessible language.
- Maintain strict version control and incorporate rapid iterations based on feedback from ESM Directors.
