LPN Or RN For After-Hours Nursing Support

Ohio's Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to provide after-hours nursing support for patients receiving hospice care in the New Philadelphia and Wooster communities. This driving position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families by delivering exceptional care during some of their most important moments.

The ideal candidate is committed to hospice philosophy, values patient-centered care, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Schedule Expectations

• Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, one to three shifts per week
• Weekend coverage: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM every other weekend
• Participation in a rotating holiday schedule is required
• Travel throughout the assigned service area is expected
