Private Client Legal Assistant

Our client, a professional Law firm based in Brentwood are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / Team Assistant with recent Private Client Law experience to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong legal secretarial skills, be highly organised and be a strong team player who is confident in managing busy diaries, digital dictation and a wide range of administration and secretarial duties.

The Role

The Legal Secretary / Team Assistant (Private Client) role will include: -

* Providing typing and administrative support to one or more lawyers

* Opening files on TFB and physical files

* Carrying out ID checks and money laundering checks

* Carrying out all necessary conflict checks, recording results, and notifying the lawyer of any issues arising

* Completing forms – Oyez etc and saving in TFB
