Job Description

We are pleased to be working with a busy Scottish law firm that is recruiting a qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client team in East Dunbartonshire. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administration of executries and trusts, including both straightforward and complex estates
  • Advising clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and related private client matters
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence in connection with executries and trust work
  • Managing your own caseload, proactively progressing matters and liaising with clients and third parties
  • Maintaining regular client contact, both in person and remotely, and managing client expectations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team delivery and shared workloads
