On behalf of my client we are looking for a Private Client Assistant/ Legal Secretary to join a busy and hard working team at a legal firm based in the Bedford area.


Our Client is looking to bring in a Private Client Assistant/ Legal Secretary to join and aid their Private Client team so experience in Private Client area is essential.


You will have experience in:

  • Preparing correspondence and documents

  • Audio/copy typing of documents and letters

  • Diary management

  • Dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone

  • Meeting arrangements

  • Dealing with post Any other administration or secretarial duties as required.

  • Sometimes act as single point of contact for any questions and enquiries.
