Position Overview

Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their Private Client department in the Witney office as a full-time and/or part-time Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in private client caseloads, including wills, probate, tax, and trust matters.
• Build and strengthen existing and new client relationships.
• Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a successful private client team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent.
• Experience with wills, probate, tax, and trust matters.
