The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of private client work, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.
• Provide clear, tailored advice to a diverse client base and prepare high‑quality legal documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives.
• Supervise junior team members where appropriate.
