The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, a leading global technology organisation, to search for a Privacy Support Specialist (South Korea Local Agent).
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting user privacy inquiries and ensuring compliance with Korean data protection regulations (PIPA), while delivering high-quality, user-centric support in a fast-paced environment.
• Role will be 100% onsite due to nature of role (no WFH).

The Talent

• Native-level Korean (written and spoken) to answer phone calls from Native South Korean users.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, compliance roles
