In this job, you'll serve as the customer data privacy subject matter expert for SCE's Customer Service (CS) organization. With the evolving and complex landscape of customer privacy, SCE must fully understand and manage the ongoing demand from customers and third parties for confidential and personal customer data with associated risks. As an advisor, you will lead and provide guidance across SCE, whether as part of projects or in response to ad-hoc privacy incidents related to the collection, storage, and sharing of customer data.
