Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 4.00 pm Key Responsibilities Printing & photocopying of exam papers and important documents
for mass distribution to staff, students, and management
Ensure documents are of good quality and strictly confidential
Complete all printing requests on time
Plan and procure printing paper and accessories
Receive and verify deliveries
of printing materials
First-tier troubleshooting
of printing machine malfunctions
Sort and collate paper
according to staff requests
Dispose of used carton boxes and old newspapers
Maintain ink cartridge inventory
- reorder when stock is low
Liaise with suppliers
for maintenance or repair works when needed
Perform general administrative duties
Take on other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Minimum secondary school education
