OnSemi is seeking a Principal Analog design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including LED drivers, SiC/MOS/IGBT/motor/GAN drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following

+ Lead and design analog IP blocks from definition to IP delivery individually as well as an IP lead
+ Evaluate intermediate and results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives
+ Work with and provide guidance to layout engg for your IP block and monitors the progress
+ Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production
