The challenges you take on won't come with a brief or a predefined scope — they'll come as open-ended, high-stakes questions that need someone who can independently frame the problem, build conviction grounded in technical depth, and drive to outcomes. This is a hands-on role embedded within engineering, not an advisory one. You go deep into the stack, move fast, and operate autonomously.
