Description
As a Principal Technical Business Developer, you will serve as the senior individual contributor and subject matter expert responsible for general contractor and subcontractor commercial performance across all scopes. You will own the commercial relationship with the general contractor, manage subcontractor procurement and performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will be the procurement and commercial authority on all related contracts, change orders, and claims. You will partner closely with teams across the organization to drive accountability across the supply chain and throughout the process. You will influence senior leadership on strategic direction and investment decisions related to construction procurement.
