The Role

We’re looking for a Principal Sales Executive to join Mercer Digital and drive growth across large enterprise clients in the Southeast U.S.

This is a senior individual contributor sales role focused on both new business development and expanding existing client relationships . The role is centered on large enterprise organizations with 3,500+ employees and requires someone who can lead complex sales cycles, build strong relationships, and work across internal teams to bring opportunities to close.
