We're Hiring: Tech Lead / Principal Robotics Engineer (AMR Software)

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / Team Lead Robotics Software to drive the architecture, development, and evolution of a production-grade robotics software stack powering Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) in real industrial environments.

This is not a traditional management role. We are seeking a highly technical leader who combines deep robotics expertise with strong architectural thinking and the ability to guide engineers through technical excellence.

What You'll Work On

• Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
• Navigation, Localization, and SLAM
• ROS1 / ROS2 architecture and migration
• Multi-robot systems and fleet management
• Sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, perception systems)
• Real-world industrial deployments
• Software architecture, debugging, and R&D initiatives
