The candidate will collaborate with multiple business units, multidisciplinary team focusing on GaN technology reliability assessment and product qualification. This role demands a proactive approach, electrical engineering / material /device physics background with an understanding of semiconductor reliability, and effective communication skills. This is an on-site role based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
