You will work closely with the policy and operations teams in MOM to drive the implementation of foreign manpower policies, enhance the well‑being and employment rights of migrant workers and migrant domestic workers, and ensure that our work pass system efficiently and effectively serves the best interest of Singapore and Singaporeans.

• Analyse, assess and review the impact of foreign manpower policy changes on work pass operations, and develop operational plans to ensure effective and timely implementation
