Job Description

Title:

Principal Manager, Commercial Management
  • (BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED)
  • Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to team
  • Accountable for the performance and results of Project Controls function
  • Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business
  • Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets
  • Support individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets
  • Monthly PSR Reviews:Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review DatesReview and Approve Actions ItemsRun Monthly PSR meetings
  • Oversee Project Forecast Model UpdatesSupport PM with monthly updatesSupport PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals
  • Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on actions items.
