Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
• Create design layouts, 3 D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.
• Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.
• Work within Home Lane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
• Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.
• Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.
• Ensure zero-defect designs by following Home Lane technical and quality guidelines.
