We are seeking a Principal HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the HR strategy for the Americas Partner Management organization, part of the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) organization. The ASP organization serves as AWS's primary scaling engine for sales, combining technical depth and expertise with partner enablement to drive AWS revenue, adoption, and growth.

This Principal HRBP will partner closely with business leaders on talent priorities that lead to business impact, including employee experience for this team of builders, org health and efficiency, building and retaining a diverse Business Development workforce across the whole region, driving and innovating improvements to our processes, and supporting org design and talent placement discussions with our leaders.
