Your day at NTT DATA

The Principal Global Process Governance Specialist is a highly skilled subject matter expert, responsible for managing the process of defining and communicating process governance procedures to support Global Business Services (GBS) process management, including standards, guidelines for setups and modelling.

This role may be required to coach and mentor new or less experienced members of the team in the area of GBS process management and governance.
