The Principal Engineer - RAMS/ SESA is responsible for driving all Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance (SESA) activities throughout the design and construction phases of complex transportation and rail projects. This role ensures that systems comply with contractual, regulatory, and international standards while providing technical leadership, interface management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The position requires strong managerial abilities to oversee deliverables, stakeholder interfaces, and cross-functional integration.

• Ensure clear communication, integration and alignment between internal packages and departments and external packages and stakeholders.
• Coordination between design, construction, testing, and commissioning teams to ensure coherent RAM and Safety outcomes.
• Serve as SESA focal point in meetings, workshops, and design coordination sessions, ensuring traceability of requirements.
