Responsibilities

Technical Delivery Management

• Act as a line manager, mentoring staff, monitoring time‑keeping and conducting performance reviews.
• Support the allocated team’s technical development, delegating work and directing less experienced staff on technical tasks.
• Monitor and track project budgets for specific tasks.

Technical Excellence

• Prepare technical specification sections and complete feasibility studies, adding value to designs.
• Perform quality‑control reviews of design calculations and drawings, serving as Lead Verifier.
• Provide specialized input to studies and designs within the engineer’s area of expertise and act as an in‑house expert on specific technologies or processes.
• Develop solutions to complex issues using engineering methodologies and define new procedures when needed.
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard industry techniques for work assignments.
