**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer, DevOps to provide Technical Leadership for the DevOps Group. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership, ensuring the stability, scalability, and automation of our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes. This position will drive best practices, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with development and operations leaders to optimize our global SaaS platform. Off hours support as needed.

**Success Metrics:**

+ Maintain deployment pipeline uptime of 99%+ with minimal manual intervention.
+ Accelerate deployment lead times and reduce errors through automation.
+ Deliver infrastructure-as-code solutions across services and regions.
+ Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, distributed DevOps team.
