Role Purpose

Own end-to-end delivery and program management outcomes across assigned tribes and build scalable, South Africa's anchored teams that support execution excellence and expansion aligned


1. Delivery Ownership & Program Management Excellence

  • Own delivery quality, timelines, scope alignment, and outcomes across assigned tribes and workstreams within the program.
  • Lead end-to-end program management governance, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, milestone alignment, and execution oversight.
  • Maintain strong alignment with internal delivery teams and Client stakeholders to ensure execution clarity across multiple initiatives.
  • Sustain a continuous execution pulse within the Unit of Work (UoW).
