This individual will bring 6+ years of business analysis experience and will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive clarity across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The Principal Business Analyst will lead advanced analysis efforts, shape solution direction, and ensure initiatives are aligned to organizational priorities while delivering measurable business value. This role also contributes to elevating analytical standards, influencing best practices, and strengthening enterprise-wide decision-making. The pay rate for this role ranges from $66-$68/hour.
