ABOUT THE POSITION

The Principal SAP Basis Administrator in the Columbia Digital Technology (CDT) team is a senior technical resource responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing support of Columbia’s SAP systems, servers, and databases. This role requires deep expertise across the SAP ecosystem, a proven ability to maintain stable and current landscapes, and the capability to independently deliver complex technical solutions using SAP best practices.

Based in the India Global Capability Center (GCC) , this position partners closely with global teams and plays a key role in executing Columbia Sportswear’s SAP lifecycle strategy, overseeing installations, upgrades, patching, performance optimization, issue diagnosis, and root‑cause resolution across all SAP environments.
