This role sits within Global Markets Agreements and Documentation and is responsible for managing the drafting, negotiation and execution of Prime Brokerage trading documentation on behalf of Bank of America entities. The role supports Prime Brokerage clients globally and plays a key part in enabling efficient client onboarding, supporting business growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The individual will act as a relationship manager for a portfolio of priority Prime Brokerage clients, serving as the primary point of contact for documentation negotiations across the Prime Brokerage agreement suite.
