Teaching Assistant

Location: Neath. Start Date: September 2026. Salary: £85.50 per day.

Job Overview

Do you enjoy supporting children to achieve their full potential? Are you confident working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work on a full–time basis for the new academic year.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with classroom activities.
• Lead small group interventions and pupil engagement sessions.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Experience working within a UK Primary School setting.
• Experience supporting children across KS1 and KS2.
• Strong communication and classroom support skills.
• A positive and patient approach to supporting pupils.
