The Opportunity

To help manage our global supplier base, partnering with the Category Manager to drive strategy, improve cost efficiency and build strong supplier relationships while working closely with Procurement, Packaging, NPD, Quality and ESG teams in a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone analytical, organised and motivated by the complexity of global beauty supply chains.

What you'll get to do


CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare and present Category Reviews in close collaboration with the Category Manager.

  • Track category priorities and monitor strategic initiatives through dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Work cross-functionally with Purchasing NPD, Optimization, Procurement, Quality, Packaging and ESG teams.

    • COST EFFICIENCY

  • Maintain and update the Price Index Dashboard, tracking raw material and packaging market trends.
