Successful candidates will work directly with GPs, Practice Managers and the wider clinical team to provide accessible primary care for people with mild to severe presentations of mental ill health. The post holder will be a registered Mental Health Nurse with the drive and enthusiasm to provide holistic mental health assessments and evidence based interventions within a primary care setting.
