Job Requirements 1. Data Engineering & Management . Extract and clean data from internal and external sources for pricing and analytical work. . Prepare and transform large datasets (SQL, Cloud environments) into modeling-ready features. . Use SQL to maintain and update ETL processes for portfolio analysis. 2. Model Development & Maintenance . Assist in maintaining and updating existing propensity and pricing models under senior guidance. . Support the building and testing of machine learning models (e.g., Conversion, Retention, Profit Optimization). . Utilize Python or R to update and maintain motor loss cost models. . Perform back-testing and basic sensitivity analysis on live models to track performance stability. 3. Pricing & Technical Operations . Work with the IT team to deploy and monitor analytical models in production. . Assist in impact analysis, testing, and monitoring for rating changes alongside underwriting teams. 4.
