Responsibilities Manage incoming emails and estimate requests from customers and Origin Offices. Gather data and analyze requirements from the request form to produce estimates, applying volumes and target rates as per product manager guidelines. Identify three options for each request, decide on the best routing option and mode of transport. Escalate significant volume estimates to a supervisor or manager. Input data into Cargo Wise for proof and improvement of communication. Coordinate with operations and clients in terms of rates to ensure accurate output.
