The primary function of the Pricing Analyst is to develop and support competitive pricing strategies for snow removal and landscaping services, particularly for large RFPs and national-level projects.

This role focuses on creating financial models, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to prepare accurate and profitable proposals.

The Pricing Analyst also helps manage expense and subcontractor data, maintains company databases, and supports the implementation of systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring smooth operations and effective pricing processes.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
