Job Description

Essential Job Functions:


  • Analyze and prepare competitive pricing solutions for ocean, air, and land shipments according to customer requirements

  • Request, negotiate, and evaluate rates with shipping lines, airlines, carriers, agents, and suppliers to ensure competitive and profitable quotations

  • Prepare and send quotations and rates within established deadlines

  • Maintain and update tariffs, pricing databases, and customer-specific commercial agreements

  • Monitor market trends, surcharges, and industry conditions that may affect logistics costs

  • Support the sales team with pricing strategies and business opportunities

  • Communicate with customers regarding quotations, transit times, routes, and service alternatives

  • Prepare margin reports, profitability analysis, and cost tracking
