Job Description

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Support the reserving processes including calculation and validation of reserves and contribute to reserving analyses as needed
  • Lead the development of GLM pricing models for Motor and Medical and validate and use GBM to challenge and validate GLM outputs
  • Large case pricing for Medical and Motor fleet portfolio
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary

    • Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Progress towards or completion of actuarial exams
  • Effective communication skills – both written and spoken English is mandatory.

    • Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience with strong focus on medical and motor pricing in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Good knowledge of reserving methodologies
