InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Setter  to join a manufacturing company based in Aston.

This role will be on a 6 -8 tempoary basis

The duties of the Press Brake Operator will be:

• Setting up and operating press brake machinery
• Interpreting blueprints and engineering plans
• Selecting, positioning, and aligning dies
• Conducting pre-operation inspections
• Running the machine to bend metal sheets and laser blanks as per the job requirement.
• Monitoring the machine to ensure it functions correctly and that there are no errors during the operation.
• Inspecting the finished pieces to ensure they meet the required dimensions and tolerances.
• Reporting any quality issues to the relevant Management.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
• Identifying and resolving any machine problems to reduce downtime.
