Responsibilities

• Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators.
• Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.
• Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) , Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) , Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) , or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA .
