Job Description
The Presales Specialist is an individual with deep expertise and a proven track record in the IDP and capture space, capable of supporting our sales pursuits involving both our software and hardware offerings. The Presales Specialist role is best suited for someone who leads by example, as they serve as a point of escalation for questions and concerns from regional sales team members related to our portfolio while supporting strategic partner and customer opportunities. This role will also support in developing a process, materials, use cases, and the infrastructure necessary to enable and support partner onboarding.
The role holder will work in the APAC region closely with the local Solutions and Sales teams and Partnersβ Sales teams to deliver the set business objectives. They will also work and liaise with the wider regional presales team.
