Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: Collaborating with sales managers to analyze customer needs and provide expert technical advice.
• Demonstrations & Presentations: Conducting tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase value.
• Solution Design & Proposals: Developing customized technical architectures, high-level/low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and creating Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• RFP/RFQ Response: Preparing technical documentation, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders.
• Customer Advocacy: Acting as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for clients.

Required Skills
