Responsibilities

• Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of Quality objectives.
• Arrange and monitor schedule of new development jobs and re-make cylinders needed by Converting Department.
• Creates item code in order for the new development to proceed to next process.
• Creates Job Order for pre-press job reference.
• Arrange/ prepares color references upon receive of job request/s.
• Coordinate with Cylinder Supervisor with regards to steel base availability for new jobs, spare set, etc.
• Coordinate together with Prepress Supervisor to Converting Planners with regards to development timing, re-make cylinders based on delivery commitment to client.
• Coordinate with Prepress supervisor and planner with regards to re-make cylinders.
• Routing of Job Order to ASCP and R&D for material specification/ structure for any development job and provide final copy to ASCP.
