The prep cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, cupping sauces, and prepping food for use in daily specials.

The prep cook also assist in general cleaning and storing food items and non-food items, and cleaning and sanitizing production and storage equipment.

JOB DUTIES:
